Withdrawals

The Withdrawals page allows you to view entries from participants who have canceled their participation. The details include all entry information, as well as the reason for withdrawal and the time, ensuring that the withdrawal was completed on time.

If you need to restore an entry (return it to Requests or Entries), select the relevant entries, click 'Actions,' and complete the required action.

It’s important to note that entries can be withdrawn manually from Requests or Entries. However, if groups, draws, or the order of play have already been generated, withdrawn entries will still appear across the pages. In such cases, the referee will need to update the entries in the appropriate sections or mark the match results as 'w.o.' by indicating it in the additional match status."
